The deal, in plain words.
A 12 month term, no setup fee, and your accounts in your name. What we promise, and the things nobody should promise you.

What you are buying
A monthly service, not a one-off build. Every tier includes the website, an agent on it, and the search work behind it. Prices run from $99 to $299 a month. Hosting, your domain, and the search setup are all in the price. Anything custom is quoted first, so no surprise charges.
The term
You sign up for 12 months either way. Pay each month, or pay for the year and get two months free. There is no setup fee. If you pay for the year, you are paying for the year up front.
Stopping early
The term above is what you agree to. In practice, if you need to stop before it is up, email and ask. We would rather you left cleanly than stayed unhappy. We do not chase people for the remainder.
What you own
Your accounts from day one. The domain and the accounts are registered in your name from the start and stay yours whatever happens. We work inside them. The site itself is built and hosted by us as part of the monthly service.
What we do not promise
No ranking, no number of calls, and no revenue figure. Nobody can promise those and we do not. We build the site, run the agent on your approved facts, and do the search work. What that produces depends on your market and your business.
Changes to the service
If a price changes it applies to new customers, not to a term you are already inside. If these terms change, the date below changes with them.
